Privacy notice for the early access list
Who we are
LexBeom is building a legal-help app for India. For anything in this notice, write to privacy@lexbeom.com.
What we collect
When you join the early access list we collect your name, mobile number, whether you are looking for help, an advocate, a law student or from an organisation, your district or city, your preferred language and, if you are an advocate and choose to tell us, your State Bar Council. We also record when you agreed to be contacted. Please do not send us details of your case through this form.
Why we use it
Only to tell you when LexBeom opens in your area, by WhatsApp, SMS or a call, and to understand which districts and languages to start with. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your details are stored in a spreadsheet in LexBeom's Google account, which only our team can open. We keep them until 12 months after the app launches in your area, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted. Write to privacy@lexbeom.com, or reply STOP to any message from us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This website
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice in your own browser. Fonts and the 3D graphics are served from our own site, so no third-party service sees your visit.
