Questions people ask

Is LexBeom a law firm?

No. LexBeom is a technology platform. It explains the law in general terms and helps you reach advocates. Legal advice and court work come only from the advocate you choose.

What will it cost?

Understanding your problem, FIR guidance and the legal-aid check are free. Advocates set their own fees. LexBeom adds a small fixed fee for the app, always shown as a separate line before you pay.

How do you check that an advocate is genuine?

We match the enrolment number against the State Bar Council roll, confirm identity and the Certificate of Practice, and repeat the check every year. Every profile shows the date of the last check.

Do you take a commission from advocates?

No. The advocate receives their full fee. We never take a share of it.

Are my documents safe?

Your papers are encrypted and stored in India. Only you and the advocates you choose can open them, for as long as you allow. Our staff cannot read them.

Is Lexi a lawyer?

No. Lexi is LexBeom's guide. Lexi explains what the law generally says and points you to free legal aid or a verified advocate. Advice on your case comes only from an advocate.
